How can I try Creatopy?
You have a 7-day free trial for Create and Automate plans, giving you access to all the features under each plan. For Optimize plan, contact our team through the form so they can help find the optimal conditions for you.
What limitations does the trial have?
Create and Automate trials have a 7-day period and feature-based limitations. Automate plan focuses on more ad production automation tools. Optimize plan, with a 14-day trial period, is for ad delivery and optimization.
How do I pay for my subscription?
You can choose either a monthly or a yearly plan and make automated payments through a credit card or PayPal. For Optimize plan, additional costs can exist depending on your monthly ad impressions. If you exceed your subscription’s monthly impressions, then you’ll have to pay separately for the extra impressions. Our team will help you calibrate Optimize plan, so it works best for you.
How can I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription from monthly to yearly and vice-versa through our customer support. And you can also move from one plan to another if you wish to. It’s best to write your account manager or our customer support team about this.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in a few steps from your Creatopy account under the Team Settings > Subscription tab. Your recurrent payments will stop immediately, and you’ll have access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. It’s best to download your creatives before canceling your subscription. For Optimize plan, you may have additional costs depending on how many monthly impressions you use. Even though you cancel your subscription, your live ads will keep running until you take them down.
What happens to my creatives at the end of my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you can still access your account until the end of your billing cycle. You can download your creatives before that or opt for a $5/month Assets plan that gives you access to your creatives for as long as you keep it. That will allow you to download your creatives at your convenience. You can cancel the Assets plan when you want directly from your account.
In what formats can I download my creatives?
You can download your creatives as HTML5, JPG, PNG, AMP, MP4, GIF, and PDF files.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund over email or online chat with our customer service team within 7 days from the payment. They’ll review your request and check if you qualify for a refund. You can read more about that in our Terms of Service.
